Create A Stylish Sign Up Form in Photoshop

This post is a Photoshop Tutorial in which I will tell you about create a cool and stylish looking sign up form for your website. Sign Up Form is an essential part of websites that offer special services to their members so the sign up form should look good and appealing. So lets go ahead with the tutorial :-

Sign Up Form Photoshop Tutorial

First create a new document in Photoshop and fill it with #d2cdcb color. Now add some noise to the document with following settings.

Your document will look like this after adding the noise.

Now create a new shape with Rounded Rectangle Tool. The size of the shape should be the size that you want for your sign up form. Add the following blending settings to the shape.

This will be the look of your shape after adding these layer styles.

Add the Sign Up Form Text Title at the top of the form. The Font I used is Georgia and color is #555453.

Now create a rectangle with the rectangle marquee tool and make the new layer of this selection. Add the following layer styles to this new layer.

Your text box is ready now and now make the four copies of this layer and place it where you want to add the text field on the form and add the description of every text box before the box. I used Ariel font for this text.

Now create a little round selection with Elliptical Marquee Tool and create the new layer of this selection and add the following layer style to the layer.

Create another shape with Rounded Rectangle Tool to create the Register Button. Add the following styles to this shape to make it look beautiful.

Now add the Register Text with the Drop Shadow layer style with the following settings.

Your stylish and cool looking Sign Up Form is ready to use now.
